DESCRIPTION:
Elegant and well-equipped, classic-friendly, 78 square metre, non-smoking, self-catering holiday apartment, on the 2nd floor of a Bauhaus-style building (1940) that is furnished in Art Deco style. It is located in the 3rd district of Budapest named Obuda*, close to Margaret Island, the Castle district and several Thermal Baths.
The apartment is comfortable up to 6 people.

• Two bedrooms (18 and 6 sq m), both with cozy queen-size beds. The master bedroom has a quiet garden-side balcony with flowers and cozy chairs for your morning coffee.
• A 20 sq m living room with a sofa opening to a double-bed. The living room also has a balcony facing the quiet street side.
• A separated, fully equipped kitchen with a table for four people.
• A beautiful, 12 sq m dining room with an Art Deco table and six chairs.

• The main tourist sights are reachable by the excellent public transportation or they are within walking distance.
• Downtown is very close with shopping malls, restaurants, cinemas, coffee shops, concert halls and jazz clubs.
• The “Central Park” of Budapest, Margaret Island is next door and is completely free from traffic. It is a brilliant environment for jogging, biking and walking. The Island also has a number of great swimming pools.
• The neighboring area is famous for its restaurants (Kerék, Zöld Kapu, Sipos fish restaurant).
• The apartment is suitable for longer term-rental as it is comfortable, spacious, bright and calm.
• There are no reconstruction works in the street: no noise, no dust.
