DESCRIPTION:
Band B SARDAFERIE is situated between the mountains of Monte Arci and some of the most beautiful beaches of Sardinias west coast. Our position on the road connecting Uras and San Nicolò d'Arcidano, easy to reach from the highway superstrada SS 131, allows you to undertake excursions to the nearby mountains, like the Giara of Gesturi with its wild horses or the nature park of Monte Arci, ideal for trekking and mountain biking tours. You will be able to explore interesting archeological sites like the nuragical complex of Barumini or the ruins of the ancient town of Tharros. The lovers of beach and sea will find as suggestive beaches as the dunes of Costa Verde or the characteristic quartz sands of some Oristanese beaches.
Our house offers three guest rooms inside a Mediterrenean style villa. All rooms are equipped with air handling units (cold/hot), dispose of a fridge and a safe and are charmfully furnished. The suite offers you one double bed and three single beds, a private bath room with hydromassage shower, basin, hairdryer and toilet and an independent entrance from the terrace. The double room is furnished with one double and one single bed, basin, hairdryer and a veranda with table and seats, which are at your disposition and offers an independent entrance. The single room with bed and desk meets the needs of the solitary traveller in search of tranquillity. The double and the single room share the bath room with hydromassage shower and toilet facilities.Washing machine and dryer are at guests disposal at low price. Internet access is free for all guests. Pets may be accomodated securely on the outside area. The breakfast, with hot beverages (coffee, tea, chocolate), fruit juices, milk, cereals, marmalade, honey, fresh fruit of the season , bread and local products is served in the spacious kitchen, in summer time on the outside.
The house disposes of a recreation room with fitness equipment (spinning bike, power plate, treadmill ), table football and children's toys. You may also allow yourself to enjoy quiet and relaxation on our two acres property, with a variety of citrus fruits (lemon, oranges, mandarines), fruit trees (almonds, olives), nut trees and different wood trees. There are spacious protected parking lots even for bigger cars or caravans. Band B SARDAFERIE is the ideal place for those who want to explore Sardinia's fascinating naure, those who want to practice their favourite sports, but also for families with children and everybody looking for a familiar, inviting atmosphere. Being a German-Sardinian couple we can be of help for you with our knowledge of the island, serving you in English, German, Italian, as well as some French and Spanish.

Low season, from 16-09 to 14-06 :

Single room € 20 per person
Children up to five years are free.
Children from 6 to 11 years get a reduction of 50 % if sleeping in one room with their parents.
All prices include breakfast.
Prices for overnight stay in your own camper and breakfast in our struct:ure : € 5 pitch + € 4 breakfast per person (children up to 5 years are free).
On request we offer pitches for your camper around the year.
